How soon will Seji Design reply to my enquiry?
We typically respond to all enquiries within one working day. After reviewing your project requirements, we’ll contact you to discuss the scope, timeline, and the most suitable creative approach
What information should I provide before requesting a quotation?
To provide an accurate quotation, we recommend including your business background, project objectives, required services, expected deliverables, budget (if available), and any existing references or supporting materials.
Can I arrange an online or in-person meeting?
Yes. We welcome both online and in-person meetings at our Kuala Lumpur office. To ensure dedicated discussion time, all meetings are by appointment only.
Do you require a deposit before starting?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the project and reserve the production schedule. The remaining balance is payable upon completion before the final artwork and source files are delivered.
Can you sign an NDA before discussing the project?
Yes. We understand that some projects involve confidential business information. We are happy to review and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before project discussions where required.
